There’s this brand, it’s called Huit. It means eight in French.
Autumn-Winter 2013 Collection by Huit
We’ve been previously talking about it here at Guilty Pleasures and I must admit I didn’t really know why they call themselves that. Eight bras? Eight carrots? Eight cats? Eight…what? Well here I am, with their latest collection in my virtual hand, thinking we may as well discover the Eight secret if we put our minds together.
1. Glamorously Athletic
Not only is the Arpege set a gorgeous display of glam through the fabrics they used, the cuts they designed, the finishing details they added but it also unravels the mystery behind it: glamorous means staying fit in style. This look is alluring as it is, but there’s a lot for you to choose from: the soft bra, half-cup or the mini long line “Air” bra, or you can just go for the Arpege nightie, a sweet deal in itself.

The vibrant hues that dominate the Autumn-Winter 2013 Collection work so well. They bright up the foggy shades of grey, they warm up the nights and heat up the spirits. It’s not my particular case, but there’s a black alternative for those of you who prefer it classy.

Yes there’s the glam, the exquisite details, the flawless cut, but more than anything it’s that any woman can wear the Interview set in any place at any time, effortlessly. If this is not simple and stylish, I don’t know what is.

2. Modern Ballerina
I warned you from the start, this is no place for lazy talents, it’s a space for taking action, for dancing, getting your feet on the floor and following your own rhythm in this splendid Bordeaux Opus set that comes with the one bra I’ve been dying to find and make it my own: the X-back bra. Prices are not yet available, so I’m just gonna put it on my imaginary list for now.

Huit is really into geometry this season, which is good news for me as I’ve been quite curious about fashion architecture lately.

Sometimes you just need to take a rest in the backstage of life, cool off, download. It’s the best spot. Your own. The Backstage set is by far versatile. I prefer the string to go with the suspender, but brief style is also available. And the black version- indeed gorgeous, but sky lovers and ocean swimmers, there’s also a blue revision for your specific tastes.

3. Your Own Broadway Show
There’s a Broadway for drama aficionados and there’s another Broadway for daring queens and style graduates. The first is miles away, the second is wherever YOU are and it brings you the one thing a drama queen cannot miss: a swanky long line bra!

When it comes to desire and attraction, things are never black and white, things are very much shades of grey. The French Kiss set is not only gorgeous, just look at it, but it can also meet multiple tastes. Half-cup, half-cup with foam and push-up are matches for tanga, low-waisted brief or boxer shorts. All that’s left to do is for you to take your pick.

So, what do you say? In women language, what does Eight really mean?
