yup, I’ll stick to the current one and modify it as I get used to working on the code. With little help and widgets I already changed some stuff (the background, added the latest posts widget, removed archives in sidebar) around and I’m beginning to like it.

I may still need to find an even better background and maybe add another page with the GPR winners …well, I guess times will tell about the rest. :)

firstly the GPR is a great idea….Miss Tique….and will certainly lower your bounce rate…
as for your site design …I’m partial to your existing design..
however if I had to choose between the two new designs I’d go for Visionary :)

I’ve changed background and part of the right sidebar, included latest notes and I think I’ll stick to this theme as with proper modifications, it’s going to improve. This means that I’m still looking forward to your views and critics.

Part of what you say is similar to my personal issues with this template: the background, small fonts, the hard times figuring out latest posts. You can’t imagine how much I appreciate your critics. Keep them coming and thanks again.

Yea exactly, If you could get rid of this pink background ( and say try brownish glossy one for example) i feel this blog shall look much better than the visionary theme. Well this was just an advice :)

I like the layout and design of your blog.It is nice that you recognize 5 blogs a month. Most of us are so busy just writing articles for our own blogs that we dont find enough time to read other blogs. I think reading and commenting are the most important part of blogging.

To further improve your blog I would like to see the following:

1. Your profile on the top left bar….I like to know the person who is writing the blog
2. I dont understand what most of the things on your right hand bar mean….who are “contributors”? What is “red carpet” why dont you display the whole comment instead of the name of the person commenting. Still I dont think this should appear at the top right.
3. You have three columns for your own blog content categories, more from this category and archives. but none of them appears clearly enough. I still cant figure out your earlier posts without effort.

I personally would choose the visionary style. Looks more “professional, I mean the saturn style will make your site just look like an ordinary blog. Your writing is the first thing I want to give a comment to. I don’t mean the way you write or the content of the writing, it’s just the font style. If you could set it with a bigger and more attractive font then it would be nice. So people won’t feel just like reading a letter. Instead they will feel like reading an interesting book.
The second thing is the background, the white background. I don’t really like a white background myself, it looks too plain for me. Color will surely give yours more “taste”.
