Have you ever been to Paris? I have. And I fell madly in love with the tiny crowded tables, the brisk air, the city’s architecture, the innumerable streets that seem to invite you to get lost. Oh, Paris…

Lately I am in a very Parisian mood, so I’m attracted by everything that reminds me of this splendid city. And guess what, Nicole Gill is one of these things.

Her latest collection, a Parisian Romance, entices me to jump into the plane and forget about all responsibilities, and just wonder around those narrow Parisian streets, and who knows, maybe even meet my Prince Charming. If I did, how surprised would he be when clothes come off and all there’s left is this gorgeous Belle corset?

A reminder of the 1880, this corset is the perfect way to hide unwanted curves. You like hourglass shapes, don’t you? Due to the long boning, this piece moulds onto the waist. As expected from this designer, gold silk and black lace not only bring out the royalty in you, but also create the impression of a smaller waist. A dramatic black satin bow accentuates the waist and highlights the breasts.

The Aria corset is more mysterious. It looks like two different garments, an illusion given by the combination of black and gold striped silk. Also a token of the 1880’s, this corset offers unbelievable shape to the torso, giving you that wasp waist you’re craving. I know I am.

Meanwhile, here we have Sophia, a dramatic design that reveals your theatrical side. From 1880, the designer jumps to 1901 and creates this S shaped corset. Gill seems to like black and gold striped fabrics. I bet she does, it looks so incredibly sexy. Black boning adds the contrast to this already complex design.

Jenevieve doesn’t have the same scenic vibe, on the contrary, what is surprising is the simplicity of this piece. The flower pattern is the pretty detail in a predominantly black design. Gold and black lace adorn the front panels. This corset gives amazing shape to waist and hips, not to mention breasts.

If you like girdles, you’ll love this one. Lydia is steel-boned and features gold silk and black lace. Sheer sides are stretchable and the back is cut high for perfect shaping. There are 4 garter straps that include suspender clips that you can use to attach stockings.

For those nights when it won’t stop pouring, what about surprising your partner with this striking Adeline gold silk slip? Shoulder ties are made of black ribbon that contrasts the gold silk and makes you look irresistible.

As I love Paris, I couldn’t escape the French knickers. These Isabelle gold silk briefs that resemble to the French design have a touch of floral lace that is quite unexpected on gold silk, but here you have it! And it looks damn good!

The luxurious Odette is a gold silk baby-doll with black lace addition. A flowing black satin ribbon highlights the back and the neckline makes your breasts look most arousing. I’m sure that’s what your partner would say!

If you are also crazy about the beautiful city named Paris, I bet you’ll generously indulge in this Parisian Romance signed by Nicole Gill.
