Named after a Victorian euphemism for a woman’s skill in the bedroom, The Lake and Stars intimates balance provocation and humor, intelligence and sensuality, for a new vision of feminine style.

We love this lingerie brand for its authenticity and the way their items seduce and inspire through a minimal mix of materials while focusing on signature racy details. The Lake & Stars aw 2010 lingerie collection is, maybe more than ever, the expression of a fetish oriented expression of femininity in and outside the bedroom.

Designers Nikki Dekker and Maayan Zilberman show how, by using few colors – mostly black and ink wash with splashes of strong shades like poppy red – lingerie items become embodiments of woman nature through playful, flirty and seductively suggested role plays.
