Shopping for underwear can be fun and exciting (been there) or dreary and boring (been there, too) depending on what you are buying, who you are you buying it for and who are you buying it with. Unlike shopping for a pair of jeans or a skirt, shopping for lingerie requires some extra time. I am sure all of you are lingerie aficionados and you buy it out of love, so extra efforts can’t be taken into consideration here, right?
This takes me to a lingerie boutique I stumbled upon a couple of days ago. It’s called Flirty Lingerie (a name that rings at least one bell into anybody’s head) and sells sexy lingerie (costumes, shoes, dance wear, sexy mini skirts and also all the basics – bras, panties, garters and garter belts, camisoles) They’re from Albuquerque, New Mexico and have a 7,500 foot warehouse from where they ship your orders.
But what made me love the boutique is the number of lingerie related articles it features. I couldn’t go away before reading the burlesque and vintage pieces and the one about lingerie photography made my day. Those of you who’re into photography probably know what I mean, tips are never too many.
If there’s something I really don’t like about online boutiques is the way many put their policies (handling, returns, shipping, etc) in different sections that aren’t easy to browse. So Flirty Lingerie user friendly website is a second reason I value them for. I see their policies on foreign orders, shipping and returns from the very first moment I land there.
And the discount section is organized into categories so it’s easy to find the lingerie pieces you’re looking for in a glance. Basically, this boutique reminded me that when you don’t have too much time for a shopping spree, practicability of an online shop counts a lot. This is where Flirty Lingerie scored huge.
