Angela Friedman is a corsetress. Her works have been extensively underscored with satins, silks, boning and trims. Theatre is her current ‘lacing ground’ under which she studies the details for the corsets and panties of Espalore. A Costume Technician presently for the New York City Ballet, Angela is creating a name for herself nearly three years running.

Espalore, her current label, has a corset for every luxury in our wildest dreams. There is an elegance of nostalgia from the Jasmine Panties which lures any insatiable, satin enthusiast.

Most of Angela Friedman’s work is in corsetry, burlesque costume, theatrical costume and dance costume, historical reproductions, and tailoring. I believe we will be hearing and seeing her work in the future of parisian underthings.
The Espalore shop is currently taking custom orders on a part-time basis while she prepares with The Nutcracker.
