Ingredients:
One 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
1-1/4 cups grated Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 cups mushrooms
2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
4 large eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. pulverized lavender
1/2 tsp. salt
